In July 2010 we bought a CNC pipe bending machine - Addison Mckee 100ST3. We are now able to bend pipes from Ø 35mm to Ø 152 mm. Tubes up to 6000 mm long are bent on 3 stacks. You are welcome to place your requests for quotes.

ATEX board have decided to to start a service of stainless and acid-resistant steel. We use different abradants and grain coarseness to come up to our customers' specific requirements. We are able to determine grinding parameters as well as the type of abradant based on the information/samples provided by the customer.

We are developing our stainless steel product portfolio. The latest additions are:
- EURO 4 filter casings made of 1.4301 stainless steel, 1.50 mm thick
- dehumidifiers casings made of 1.4310 stainless steel, 0.8 mm thick
- sets of brackets for CRT filters made of 1.4310 stainless steel (2.50 mm thick) or aluminum
- light-box ads made of stainless steel 1050 A, 2.0 mm or 1.0 mm thick

Purchase of a new numerically controlled ADIRA press break; pressure - 35 tons, working length 1250 mm.

Since the beginning of the year we have implemented 152 new products. The most recent ones are:
- wheel covers (8 bolts) made of black sheet metal
- wheel covers (10 bolts) made of stainless steel

Vacation season has started but we are not slowing down. Taking a huge amounts of orders from our customers, the board has decided to postpone the break unlike in 2008. It has been done to come up to our customers' expectations.

We have recently started manufacturing disc engine silencers that are very space-efficient and used mainly in heavy industry.

We have started shipping our industrial silencers to France. They are stunningly huge with some being 4 meters long and weighting 250 kg.
For our French customer we have created a new product lot of flaps mounted at an exhaust pipe outlet to protect it from rain. The smallest flap is 51 mm wide in diameter and the biggest one 400 mm.

ATEX Sp. z o.o. has won a contract for delivering metal sheet components to a leading Italian producer of household appliances . Until now we have manufactured 87 components using different technological processes.
- Turret punch presses (two AMADA's, FINN POWER and TRUMPF)
- laser cutting (BYSTRONIC)
- bending on numerically controlled press breaks (e.g. AMADA)
- drawing and stamping using tools given, hydraulic and eccentric presses
- drawing and stamping stainless steel metal sheet using our biggest press HYDRAULICO, 630 tones
- just for the customer we have launched a new stainless steel grinding facility

We have launched a new product lot of industrial silencers. Our main customers in this field are the manufacturers of power generating units, heavy duty machinery, tractors etc both in Poland and abroad.

Since 1st Jan we have created 67 new products. Some of them are:
- Spiral silencers with very low counter-pressure and high noise-reduction.
- fuel tanks according to the>client's statement of requirements
- 20 aluminum casings for the advertising industry, the largest one being 2.5 m long
There have been many more individual projects bro>ught by our customers. Congratulation to our Design Department.

We have signed a letter of intent for our new partner from Germany. We will be manufacturing stainless steel components for filters used in trucks so that they are compliant with the EURO 4 norm.
Everybody driving a vehicle with a EURO 4-compliant filter will pay less of the MAUT fee on German highways.

ATEX has been ISO re-certified. Our first Quality Management Certificate 9001:2000 was issued in 2005 by TUV RHEINLAND. Being re-certified proves that we have been systematically working on improving our quality management.
